1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Cleanline Property Services ("we", "us", "our") and the services we provide. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Cleanline Property Services provides gutter cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, and cobweb removal services across the Mornington Peninsula and Frankston area in Victoria, Australia.
All services are carried out by our trained team using appropriate equipment and safety procedures.
3. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided are estimates based on information supplied. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work differs from what was initially assessed. We will inform you of any variation before commencing additional work.
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings are confirmed once you have accepted our quote and a date has been agreed. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a call-out fee.
5. Rain Check & Weather Policy
If weather conditions prevent us from completing your service, we will reschedule at no additional cost. Membership plan holders receive a 7-day rain check guarantee.
6. Access to Property
You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and adequate access to your property to carry out the service. This includes access to gutters, windows, and any areas requiring treatment.
You do not need to be present during the service, provided access has been arranged in advance.
7. Liability
We take all reasonable care in providing our services. However, Cleanline Property Services will not be held liable for any pre-existing damage to property, gutters, windows, or roofing that was not caused by our team.
We recommend you inspect the property before and after each service and notify us immediately of any concerns.
8. Membership Plans
Membership plans (Bi-Annual, Quarterly, Monthly) are ongoing service agreements. You may cancel a membership plan by providing 14 days' written notice. Discounts and benefits apply only while the membership is active.
9. Payment
Payment is due on completion of each service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and major payment methods as advised at the time of booking.
10. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the service completion so we can address your concerns promptly.
